SCOTT CULLERS, owner of Quality Training Works, has over 34 years of emergency response experience and training.  During his career, he has spent years in the field of hazardous materials response and fire suppression.  A noted speaker, Scott has lectured at over 15 different conferences on hazardous materials, terrorism and WMD, and industrial safety.  He is an adjunct professor for a community college where he teaches classes on fire suppression and tactics, hazardous materials, and terrorism.  With over 12 years of experience in consulting, Scott demands that all his instructors for his classes are seasoned professionals who have real life experiences with their subject matter.
